Development & Human Performance Strategist with Global Exposure Bhanu
Potta is a Human Performance specialist and provides Strategic Advisory &
Consultancy on Education Management & Policy, Learning & Development,
Technology Supported Learning, and Knowledge Management across life stages
(Startup/Setup, Grow & Mature, Scale & Expand, Partnerships and
M&A) for Enterprises/Ecosystems including For-Profits, Non-Profits,
Government, Industry organizations, Communities and Societies at large. Bhanu
brings along a wealth of experience in mLearning
& mEducation having led numerous large scale
programs end-to-end from developing & securing mandates in complex
multi–stakeholder scenarios to ecosystem design & building to
designing & deploying to evaluating to program transfers.
Presently
Bhanu holds the pivotal global leadership role at Nokia as Global Product
Leader – Learning & Knowledge Services for Nokia Life. In this role
Bhanu spearheads Research, Design, Strategic Partnership Development and
Deployment of Nokia Life’s Learning and Societal Knowledge/Information
services portfolio focused on Emerging Markets around topics in Education,
Health, Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, Infotainment on Nokia Mobile Phones.
Bhanu also provides strategic guidance to Nokia’s Corporate Social
Responsibility in Education, Learning & Knowledge Society areas and
contributes to few CSR Projects. Most
recently Bhanu was the Associate Director – Knowledge Management at
Perot Systems (now DELL Services), where he led the Global Knowledge
Management Program, setting it up ground up for internally capability
building and grew it into a market facing Advisory & Consulting Practice
in a short period of three years. Bhanu
has been an UNESCO’s Expert on Mission for mLearning
& mEducation for Asia and Africa regions. Bhanu
has academic qualifications in Computer Sciences, Patents, IP
& Copyrights and is an Institute of Director’s Certified
Independent Director on Boards. Bhanu is well networked into Academia,
Development Organizations, Social Ventures and ICT4D organizations. Bhanu is
a frequent speaker & panelist at international forums and events. He
contributes as co-author in works on Human Performance, Innovation,
Education/Learning and Knowledge Management and also lectures on various
graduate and postgraduate level courses in Education Management, Information,
Content, Knowledge, Innovation, Capability Building
& Human Performance. Bhanu makes time to mentor young leaders and guides
doctoral and post-doctoral research fellows. |
